CI/CD integration

Trigger suites from any pipeline.

Generate an API key on the CI/CD page and store it as a pipeline secret.
POST /api/ci/trigger with your suite ID and target URL. It returns a job ID immediately.
Poll GET /api/ci/status/{jobId} until status is completed, then check the conclusion.
Optionally supply a callback URL for results to be posted to Slack, Teams or your own webhook.

The CI/CD page has ready-made snippets for GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins and cURL.
